I took on a leadership position in our Key business in 2021. The goal of this team was to drive net new logo conversions, or increase the number of customers we had, quickly.My main focus with this team of 4-5 Solution Engineers was to ramp them up quickly and develop a team of capable individuals who could drive our business forward efficiently and at scale.

In 2022, I was asked to support our core CPG and Retail vertical. In this role I helped build up a team of 8 Solution Engineers into domain experts, enabling my team to bring in some of the biggest deals of the year for the company.

Celonis is the leader in business transformation software leveraging its process mining technology to turn process insights into action so that organizations work better. As a Data Scientist and Management Consultant, my role involved two major avenues:
(i) working with real company data to identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and potential for improvement in the company's business processes, and
(ii) speaking with top level executives at the company to demonstrate how Celonis can provide quick insights and easily help reduce costs and generate value for the company.

Through these two parts of the job, I was able to quickly develop both technical and business skills, allowing me to demonstrate howdata and software could be used to help large organizations drive millions of dollars in savings impacting both the top line and the bottom line

As an intern at Drive My Way, a start up company focused on connecting employers with truck drivers based on matching profiles, I worked on improving the web experience, optimizing the website for search engines, and increasing the number of entry points to the company's application system in order to increase the number of average daily users. I also helped perform market research and assisted with marketing and advertisement for the company

During the summer of 2016, I spent three months in the Peoria, Illinois office of Geometric Americas Inc, gaining an in-depth knowledge of the various aspects of product design and analysis. I worked hands-on with teams on projects for corporate clients and saw the results of my work approved to be implemented in future vehicle designs.

June 2015 - August 2015

I completed a summer internship in the HVDC department at PowerGrid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL). My main focus area was the potential use of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems in India's current power grid, and the feasibility of its integration with a smart grid system. I learned about the finer aspects of the generation, transmission and distribution of power in India. I also performed an in-depth study about the factors that go into designing a power plant, including cable sizing and boiler breakdowns. By the end of the program, I made a report on my study and presented it to the Deputy General Managers of the department.

As an undergraduate research assistant with the PERFORM research group in the Information and Trust Institute at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I learnt how to model Power Systems on a Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS). I also worked on bolstering resiliency of power systems using RTDS models and am currently working on co-presenting a research paper with my findings.

I have been, and still am a Teaching Assistant for two courses in the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign - ENG 101 and ENG 198.

ENG 101: Introduction to Engineering at Illinois
This course is aimed to introduce 'Undeclared' Engineering students and Non-Engineering students to the various majors and departments within the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois. The students are guided through the process of major selection through talks from various professors who are brought in from the numerous departments as well as step-by-step instructions to complete the process.

ENG 198: Special Topics in Engineering - Technical Communication
As the name suggests, this course teaches Engineering students of all departments the soft skills behind Technical Communication. The students are taught how to present in a captivating, engaging and unique manner, and stay away from the evils of PowerPoint templates! They come out of the course with a whole new approach on how to plan, create and deliver a fantastic presentations.

I was a student worker at the dining hall in a residence hall on the University of Illinois campus. This was a great experience, and it helped me really understand the value of money, and how I could work hard to earn money for myself. I made a lot of amazing friends, and had a good time in the dining halls.

I completed the Equinox Summer Program in the Center for Talent Development in Advanced Chemistry at Northwestern University. The program was intensive, with 4-5 hours of coursework every morning, followed by 4 hours of lab every afternoon. It gave me an amazing insight into a typical college campus, and life in the dorms and dining halls. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I spent on the Northwestern campus.
